The Hammer, Tornados and Defibrillator Vision

As I was sitting with the Lord weeks ago regarding the hate speech laws in Australia, I went into a moment of travail. During the short time of deep groaning, I saw what appeared to be a gold and silver hammer in the spirit (hard to describe, it was gold but also silver all at once). I saw that the hammer was like the Word of God, and as it crashed down upon the red Australian soil, I saw what looked like lightning and intense bursts of light coming from the place where the hammer touched the ground.

“…is my word not like a hammer…” - Jeremiah 23:29

I saw that the lightning and smaller bursts of light stirred up the red dirt, and soon there were small tornadoes of red dirt hovering. And then I saw that the bursts of light carried so much power that they literally shocked hearts awake, much like a defibrillator! I was suddenly aware that the hearts of many Christians were shocked into a state of completely awake, while others that had been dead were brought back to life.

With all the hearts awakening and coming alive, it was as if there were thousands of voices all at once, repenting and then declaring the glory of God and the truth of Jesus over the nation! I then saw the tornadoes begin to leave their places where they were simply hovering and begin to go out into the nation and bring destruction to ideologies, philosophies and false, counterfeit doctrines that had been infiltrating the Church.  The tornadoes moved on the Word of the Lord that came forth from the mouths of the hearts who had been touched by the light.

When I came out of the vision, I knew that these laws could be just the start of a new “awakening” in the hearts of many Christians. Even in recent events in my own world, where my husband was brutally slandered and stood down from political candidacy for standing for Biblical truth, I can see so much light shining out of what the enemy wanted to make into a dark situation. I can see in the spirit many muzzles being removed from people, and a new courage coming to much of the Australian Church.

“As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.” – Genesis 50:20

In relation to the hammer being gold and silver: The gold part of the hammer represents God’s glory and purification, while the silver brings redemption and judgement/weighing. Ezekiel 22:18–22 says that God compares Israel to drossed silver being melted in judgment, correction because of corruption. I believe that there will be judgment upon the land and the Church because of corruption in government, and the Church’s abdication of confronting this corruption. Only true repentance and surrender to His truth and His ways will allow hearts to awaken and the “tornadoes” to demolish what needs to be destroyed. We are not meant to look to the right or the left, but to keep our eyes fixed firmly upon the Lord, even when laws and decrees seem to fail us.

“Even after Daniel learned that the king had officially signed his decree, he continued his regular custom of praying at three set times a day. He went to the upper chamber of his house and opened the windows facing toward Jerusalem. Then he got down on his knees to pray, and he offered his grateful praise to God as he always had done.” – Daniel 6:10

I do believe that the Lord has laid down the hammer, the lightning is striking, and that the land is ready to work with us as we begin to declare the gospel, and the TRUTH, in its fullness. The criteria is simply turning our faces to His, repentance for our slumber and apathy, and coming out of agreement with any areas that we have partnered knowingly or unknowingly with the spirit of the age.

It is time for voices to cry out in repentance for abdication and then declare the glory of God and the truth of Jesus over Australia! He wants to use our voices!

“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” – 2 Chronicles 7:14
